About the Shop
I started Brightworks Industries in a small 10' x 12' corner of a local jewelry studio in 2019. Initially focusing on small welding and electrification projects, I soon found success custom fabricating for the marine industry of Vancouver. Not long after, Brightworks outgrew this tiny space and had to make the move across the Fraser River to Mitchell Island; moving into an old 1950's era Warehouse with all the necessary local amenities, including a scrap yard across the road! After a few months of settling in, I opened Brightworks up to be a small metal fabrication and design shop suited to helping build the dreams of Creatives around Vancouver. After a recent AVID CNC Plasma acquisition in late 2022, I'm happy to say that Brightworks has become the perfect place to create high quality, resilient and affordable metal fabrications in the Lower Mainland. After coming this far, I have to say that I am proud of this little business, and I hope that I can help build the dreams of many future clients.
